Stir Fried Minced Pork with Lemon Grass (Southern Style)


  • 1 cup sliced lemongrass
  • 1 head peeled and crushed curcuma
  • 1 teaspoon shrimp paste
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 300 Grams minced pork

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mash lemongrass, peeled curcuma, shrimp paste, pepper and red curry paste.
  2. Add water to a pot to just cover the minced pork.
  3. Add the mashed ingredients to the water.
  4. When boiling, add pork and mix well until the pork cooked.
  5. Add fish sauce and sugar.
  6. Stir until dry (all liquid has boiled off) and serve.
