Stir-fried Fish Balls with Pepper

Ingredients

  • 1-½ tablespoons red curry paste
  • 3 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 200 grams fish balls
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil, sliced into small strips
  • 2 tablespoons green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced chili

Cooking Instructions

  1. Stir fry the red curry paste with the oil over medium heat.
  2. Add sugar, fish sauce and water, mixing well.
  3. Add the fish balls and stir fry.
  4. Add the basil leaves and reduce the heat to low.
  5. Serve by decorating with sliced chili, green pepper and kaffir lime leaves.
