Fried Pork Ribs


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3-4 fresh chilis, sliced
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves
  • 6 peeled garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon fresh pepper
  • 300 grams chopped pork ribs
  • ½ tablespoon fish sauce
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  2. Chop chili, kaffir lime leaves, garlic and pepper and mix together.
  3. Add chopped ingredients and chopped ribs to the pan.
  4. Stir-fry until the chopped ribs are cooked, about 3 to 5 minutes depending on thickness of the meat.
  5. Add fish sauce, sugar and curry paste.
  6. Mix well until the chopped ribs are dry.
  7. Serve with rice.
